California Air Resources Board staff contacted stakeholders to announce they will prepare and release another draft of the proposed 2013 Aerosol Coatings and Consumer Products Regulations Amendments prior to consideration by the Board. Staff will take additional time to work on definitions and the LVP issue, including the proposed use of South Coast Air Quality Management District Method 313 – Determination of VOC by GC/MS. A copy of the next draft will be forwarded when it is released.
It is anticipated the formal regulation will now be released July 30 and the CARB will consider the rulemaking at their meeting on September 26 and 27.
