CARB: Exxon, PG&E Fined for Not Reporting Greenhouse Gas Emissions

ExxonMobil and Pacific Gas & Electric are among the nine companies that have been fined by the California Air Resources Board (ARB) for violating the state’s mandatory greenhouse gas reporting rule.
